We all do them, or have at one point in our lives – talked or texted while behind the wheel, eating during a commute, grooming on the drive home. Here are some of the irritating events we see other people partaking in on the road to…wherever.
Texting on your Cell Phone

Hey you, there is no reason you need to remain that connected to the outside world. As technology improves the ways people are distracted during everyday lives grows – and now that Johnny Law has taken phone calls while driving away form us (in many states at least) there’s now text driving. Personally, I think this is more of a danger to the general public then “Sexting.”
Eating During a Commute

I know time is of the essence during your commute – and I used to be impressed by a friend who could eat half a hoagie while driving a manual transmission pickup – but I’m either starving looking over at you or trying to not get hit because mayo dropped on the passenger seat.
Grooming Yourself While Driving

Doing your hair and make-up was once an unfair stereotype towards women drivers. But more often you see dudes shaving, trimming and combing hairs in the rear view mirror. You’re not that good looking buddy, the comb over isn’t going to help.
Holding Your Puppy out the Window

Now that tiny doggies are the new sign of prestige in North America, more humans head out to the grocery stores with the little cuties on their laps – perfectly blocking them from their view and steering wheel.
Playing with Your iPod

Again, technology rears it’s evil head to distract us from operating a vehicle. Where it was once tuning the AM stations, now it’s cycling through your Most Recently Played list. Take it from us – put Genius Shuffle on and pay attention to the Turn Pike.
Reading Behind the Wheel

Maybe this belongs under the Text category – but I still occasionally see the bridge and tunnel crew reading newspapers or magazines while stuck in traffic. I guess when it’s bumper to bumper you’re ok, but maybe you should put The Daily News or City Paper down once the vehicles in front start moving.
Picking Your Nose

Eww, really? You can stop now – Is it hanging out? No, so don’y “dig for gold” at 65 miles per hour.
Getting Head

It’s not obnoxious for you, just the rest of us…mostly out of jealousy.
Rubber Necking

Yeah, it’s an accident, or someone being pulled over – but it’s happened before and it will again – hopefully to you!
Driving Slow Because You’re Lost

Next time you’re lost or looking for turn off/exit/intersection/etc. look behind you. Is there a line of cars honking? Maybe you should pull over and let them pass – stop being selfish.
